You must describe the two competencies about communication in the mother tongue and a foreign language. These are key competency 1 and key competency 2. In the attachment you will find the improved template to help you how to do it. The definition ´work process´ stands for listening, speaking, reading and writing.  Also important is to know how to achieve this in your education programme.
